Brian W. Avery

Associate

Brian Avery is an associate at Pearne & Gordon LLP. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical and software fields, trademark applications, and copyright applications.  Brian has also rendered infringement, patentability, and validity opinions.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Brian received an MBA from Michigan State University and worked as a financial analyst.  Previously, Brian also worked as a controls engineer programming logic controllers and designing electrical controls and power distribution systems after receiving his Bachelor Degrees.

Brian is currently a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association.
